National Steel Corporation Order Granting Blanket Authorization 
To Import and Export Natural Gas From and To Canada

AGENCY: Office of Fossil Energy, DOE.

ACTION: Notice of order.

SUMMARY: The Office of Fossil Energy of the Department of Energy gives 
notice that it has issued an order granting National Steel Corporation 
blanket authorization to import up to 125 Bcf of natural gas from 
Canada and to export up to 75 Bcf of natural gas to Canada. This 
authorization is for a period of two years beginning on the date of the 
initial import or export, whichever occurs first, after December 31, 
1994.
    This order is available for inspection and copying in the Office of 
Fuels Programs Docket Room, 3F-056, Forrestal Building, 1000 
Independence Avenue, S.W., Washington, D.C. 20585, [phone]. The 
docket room is open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., 
Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays.
