Proposed Determinations; Request for Public Comment; and Notice of

Correction

    In notice document 95-261 beginning on page 1829, in the issue of 
Thursday, January 5, 1995, make the following corrections:
    1. On page 1830, in the second column, under the heading ``Proposed 
Determination and Action'', in the 2d paragraph, in the 13th line, 
``2.5 billion'' should read ``2.8 billion''.
    2. On the same page, in the third column, in the fourth paragraph, 
in the fourth line, ``January 19, 1995.'' should read ``January 18, 
1995.''
