Mississippi River Transmission Corporation; Notice of Technical 
Conference

January 6, 1999.
    Take notice that the Commission staff will convene a technical 
conference as provided by the Commission order in this proceeding 
issued October 14, 1998. The conference will be held on Thursday, 
January 14, 1999, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in a room to be designated at 
the offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First 
Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426.
    All interested persons and Staff are invited to attend.
