of Wednesday, December 30, 1998, make the following corrections:
    1. On page 71885, in the third column, in the SUPPLEMENTARY 
INFORMATION section, in the third line, ``areas'' should read 
``acres''.
    2. On the same page, in the third column, in the SUPPLEMENTARY 
INFORMATION section, in the fifteenth line, ``areas'' should read 
``acres''.
