The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of Kansas, dated 10/26/2023, is hereby amended to include the following area listed below as adversely affected by the disaster. Applications for disaster loans may be submitted online using the MySBA Loan Portal https://lending.sba.gov or other locally announced locations.
