    In proposed rule document 94-29053 beginning on page 60596 in the 
issue of Friday, November 25, 1994 make the following corection:
    On the same page, in the third column, under the heading Effective 
Date, in the second line, ``December 27, 1994.'' should read ``[30 days 
after publication in the Federal Register].''
