Notice of Prospective Patent License
AGENCY: National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
ACTION: Notice of prospective patent license.

SUMMARY: NASA hereby gives notice that Benick Brands, Inc., of
Glastonsbury, Connecticut, has applied for an exclusive license to
practice the inventions described and claimed in U.S. Patent No.
5,772,912, entitled ``Environmentally Friendly Anti-Icing Fluid,'' and
in NASA Case No. ARC-12069-9GE, entitled ``Anti-Icing Fluid or Deicing
Fluid.'' Both inventions are assigned to the United States of America
as represented by the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and
Space Administration. Written objections to the prospective grant
should be sent to NASA Ames Research Center.
DATES: Responses to this notice should be received by March 15, 1999.
