AGENCY: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), DOT.
ACTION: Final rule; correction.

SUMMARY: This section corrects an inadvertent typographical error in
the effective date of a final rule, correction that was published in
the Federal Register on November 29, 1996 (61 FR 60526) Airspace Docket
No. 96-ACE-11.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
History
The FAA published a direct final rule correction in the Federal
Register on November 29, 1996 (61 FR 60526). In order to meet the
publication date of the Omaha Sectional Aeronautical Chart, the
effective date has been corrected to January 30, 1997.
Correction to Final Rule
Accordingly, pursuant to the authority delegated to me, the
effective date for the Class E Airspace area at Sioux City, IA as
published in the Federal Register on November 29, 1996, (61 FR 60526)
(Federal Register Document 96-30520; page 60526, column 3) is corrected
as follows:

By Removing ``Effective Date: 0901 UTC, January 31, 1997,'' and
