ACTION: Extension of comment period.

SUMMARY: This notice extends the comment period for the draft 
Environmental Impact Statement on the Proposed Expansion of the Big 
Muddy National Fish and Wildlife Refuge in Missouri. The original 
Notice of Availability was published in the Federal Register on October 
29, 1997, Volume 62,209 on pages 56198-56199. Comments and suggestions 
are requested.

DATES: Written comments are requested by February 17, 1998.
