Description of Request: The applicant proposes to modify the Noxon Rapids development of the Clark Fork Project by removing three 900-foot-long, 230-kilovolt (kV) transmission lines and replacing them with three new 3,800-foot-long, 230-kV transmission lines. Construction of the new transmission lines would require the project boundary to be expanded by 12 acres onto land owned by the applicant.
