An open meeting of the Area 5 Taxpayer Advocacy Panel will be conducted in St. Louis, Missouri to discuss various IRS issues. The public is invited to make oral comments.

App. (1988) that an open meeting of the Area 5 Taxpayer Advocacy Panel will be held Friday, February 6, 2004 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT and Saturday, February 7, 2004 from 9 a.m. through 12 p.m. CT in St. Louis, Missouri. The public is invited to make oral comments. Individual comments will be limited to 5 minutes.
