This is a notice of an Administrative declaration of a disaster for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Dated 01/03/2013.

Incident: Heavy rains and flooding.

Incident Period: 11/12/2012 through 11/13/2012.

Effective Date: 01/03/2013.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 03/04/2013.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/03/2013.
