California; Declaration of Disaster Loan Area

    San Francisco County and the contiguous counties of Alameda, Marin, 
and San Mateo in the State of California constitute a disaster area as 
a result of damages caused by a fire which occurred on November 30, 
1993 in the 700 block of Haight Street in San Francisco. Applications 
for loans for physical damage may be filed until the close of business 
on March 3, 1994, and for economic injury until the close of business 
on September 30, 1994 at the address listed below:
