National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA)
Public Hearing on Universal Service and the National Information
Infrastructure
NTIA and the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) will
hold a public hearing, titled ``Telecommunications to Serve the
Cities--Universal Service in Urban America'' in Los Angeles, California
at the California Museum of Science and Industry (Exposition Park) on
January 20, 1994, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Demonstrations of advanced
telecommunications technologies will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
at the California Afro-American Museum at 600 Exposition Park.
