ANR Pipeline Co.; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC Gas Tariff

January 11, 1995.
    Take notice that on January 9, 1995, ANR Pipeline Company (ANR), 
tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised 
Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheets, effective January 9, 
1995:


Second Revised Sheet No. 176
Substitute Second Revised Sheet No. 187
Originial Sheet No. 187.1
Third Revised Sheet No. 191
Second Revised Sheet No. 192
Second Revised Sheet No. 193
First Revised Sheet No. 194
First Revised Sheet No. 195

    ANR states that the above-referenced tariff sheets are being filed 
pursuant to the Commission's December 8, 1994, ``Order on Rehearing, 
Reconsideration, and Clarification'' in the captioned proceeding.
    ANR states that all of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume 
No. 1 customers and interested State Commissions have been mailed a 
copy of this filing.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426 in accordance with Rule 211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). All such 
protests should be filed on or before January 19, 1995. Protests will 
be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action 
to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of this application are on file with the 
[[Page 3637]] Commission and are available for public inspection.
