The Commission hereby gives notice of filing of the following agreements under the Shipping Act of 1984. Synopsis: The Agreement would authorize the parties to operate a service by sharing vessels in the trade between the U.S. East Coast on the one hand and ports in Spain, Turkey, Egypt, and Morocco on the other hand.
