RESPONSIBLE AGENCY: Office of Federal Activities, General Information

    Due to the federal government furlough and closing in the 
Washington, DC area due to inclement weather, the Office of Federal 
Activities has not prepared the Notice of Availability, with comment 
due dates, for Environmental Impact Statements filed with the 
Environmental Protection Agency since the Federal Register publication 
on December 15, 1995. Preparation of this Notice is now in progress 
with publication on January 26, 1996.
