This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Alabama (FEMA-1870-DR), dated 12/31/2009.

Incident: Severe Storms and Flooding.

Incident Period: 12/12/2009 through 12/18/2009.

DATES:

Effective Date: 01/08/2010.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 03/01/2010.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/01/2010.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
