Enron Capital & Trade Resources Corporation; Order Granting Long-
Term Authorization To Import Natural Gas From Canada

AGENCY: Office of Fossil Energy, DOE.

ACTION: Notice of order.

SUMMARY: The Office of Fossil Energy of the Department of Energy gives 
notice that it has issued an order granting Enron Capital & Trade 
Resources Corporation authorization to import up to 15 MMcf of natural 
gas per day from Canada for a period of ten years, beginning November 
1, 1996, under the terms and conditions of a purchase and sale 
agreement with Enron Capital & Trade Resources Canada Corporation.

    This order is available for inspection and copying in the Office of 
Fuels Programs Docket Room, 3F-056, Forrestal Building, 1000 
Independence Avenue, S.W., Washington, D.C. 20585, [phone]. The 
docket room is open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., 
Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays.
