Sunshine Act Meeting

    The Board of Trustees of the Morris K. Udall Scholarship & 
Excellence in National Environmental Policy Foundation will hold a 
meeting beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, January 17, 1997, at the 
University of Arizona Main Library, Tucson, Arizona 85721.
    The matters to be considered will include (1) A review of current 
budget matters; (2) Reports of on-going and planned Foundation 
programs; and (3) A report from the Udall Center for Studies and Public 
Policy. The meeting is open to the public.
