UBD Capital, Inc.; Surrender of License

[License No. 08/08-0146]
    Notice is hereby given that UBD Capital, Inc., 1700 Broadway, 
Denver, Colorado 80274, has surrendered its license to operate as a 
small business investment company under the Small Business Investment 
Act of 1958, as amended (the Act).
    UBD Capital, Inc. was licensed by the Small Business Administration 
on October 23, 1985.
    Under the authority vested by the Act and pursuant to the 
Regulations promulgated thereunder, the surrender was accepted on 
December 22, 1993, and accordingly, all rights, privileges, and 
franchises derived therefrom have been terminated.
