Texas Gas Transmission Corp.; Notice of Technical Conference

January 13, 1995.
    In the Commission's order issued on October 28, 1994, in the above 
captioned proceeding, the Commission held that the filing raises issues 
for which a technical conference is to be convened. The conference to 
address these issues has been scheduled for Thursday, January 19, 1995, 
at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory 
Commission, 810 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426.
    All interested persons and Staff are permitted to attend.
