Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline Co.; Notice of Tariff Filing

January 13, 1995.
    Take notice that on January 11, 1995, Williston Basin Interstate 
Pipeline Company (Williston Basin) tendered for filing, as part of its 
FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, Substitute Tenth Revised 
Sheet No. 15.
    Williston Basin states that the revised tariff sheet reflects the 
recalculation of the proposed Rate Schedule FT-1 Gas Supply Realignment 
Surcharge.
    Williston Basin has requested that the Commission accept this 
revised tariff sheet to become effective February 1, 1995.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street 
NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). All such 
protests should be [[Page 4162]] filed on or before January 23, 1995. 
Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the 
appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make the 
protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of the filing are on file 
with the Commission and are available for public inspection.
