Respondents/Reporting Burden: 25,075 respondents: average 25 minutes 
per response
Abstract: This survey will collect demographic and laborforce data on 
PH.D scientists, engineers, and humanists. This information will be 
used in policy and planning activities by government agencies, 
educational institutions and private industry
