Advisory Council; Notice of Meeting
In accordance with section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory
Committee Act (Public Law 92-463), announcement is made of the
following National Advisory body scheduled to meet during the month of
February 1995:
Name: National Advisory Council on Migrant Health.
Date and Time: February 24-26, 1994--8:30 a.m.
Place: Radisson Barcelo Hotel, 2121 P Street, N.W., Washington,
DC 20037, 202/293-3100.
The meeting is open to the public.
Purpose: The Council is charged with advising, consulting with,
and making recommendations to the Secretary and the Administrator,
Health Resources and Services Administration, concerning the
organization, operation, selection, and funding of Migrant Health
Centers and other entities under grants and contracts under section
329 of the Public Health Service Act.
Agenda: The agenda includes a overview of Council general
business activities and priorities. In addition, to a review and
discussion of 1995 National Advisory Council on Migrant Health
Recommendations.
The Council meeting is being held in conjunction with the
National Association of Community Health Centers, Policy and Issues
Forum, February 27-March 1, 1995.
