Notice of Filing of Plat of the Dependent Resurvey and 
Subdivision of Sections and the Survey of the Center Line (as Built) of 
Arkansas State Highway No. 43 in Sections 1 and 12

    The plat of the dependent resurvey of a portion of the south 
boundary, the east boundary; a portion of the subdivisional lines; the 
survey of the subdivision of certain sections; and the survey of the 
center line (as built) of Arkansas State Highway No. 43 in sections 1 
and 12, Township 16 North, Range 23 West, Fifth Principal Meridian, 
Arkansas, will be officially filed in Eastern States, Springfield, 
Virginia at 7:30 a.m., on February 24, 1995.
    The survey was made upon request submitted by the National Park 
Service.
    All inquiries or protests concerning the technical aspects of the 
survey must be sent to the Deputy State Director for Cadastral Survey, 
Eastern States, Bureau of Land Management, 7450 Boston Boulevard, 
Springfield, Virginia 22153, prior to 7:30 a.m., February 24, 1995.
    Copies of the plat will be made available upon request and 
prepayment of the reproduction fee of $2.75 per copy.
