AGENCY: Federal Election Commission.

ACTION: Notice of effective date.

SUMMARY: On October 27, 1994 (59 FR 53977), the Federal Election 
Commission published a proposed notice of new and/or revised systems of 
records. There being no comments or changes made in the proposed and/or 
revised systems, these proposed systems of records become effective 
January 20, 1995.
