Revised Statute 2477 Rights-of-Way
AGENCIES: Bureau of Land Management, National Park Service, U.S. Fish
and Wildlife Service, Interior.
ACTION: Proposed rule; extension of comment of period.

SUMMARY: A proposed rule to implement Revised Statute 2477 addressing
rights-of-way across lands now administered by the Bureau of Land
Management, the National Park Service, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife
Service was published in the Federal Register on August 1, 1994 (59 FR
39216), with a 60-day comment period expiring September 30, 1994. The
comment period has been extended twice, until November 15, 1994, and
until January 20, 1995, in response to public request. The comment
period is being extended again until August 1, 1995.
DATES: The period for the submission of comments is hereby extended
until August 1, 1995. Comments postmarked after this date will not be
considered as part of the decisionmaking process on issuance of the
final rule.
