Notice of Realty Action, Direct Sale of Public Land, El Dorado
County, CA
AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management, Interior.
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: The following described public land (surface and mineral) is
being considered for direct sale pursuant to Sections 203 and 209 of
the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of October 21, 1976 (43
U.S.C. 1713 and 1719):
Mount Diablo Meridian
T. 8 N., R. 9 E.,
Sec. 24, lot 12;
Sec. 25, lot 13.
The area described contains .65 acres in El Dorado County.
The above described parcel of land would be sold to Mr. Gene Harm,
an adjacent landowner, by direct sale, at fair market value. The
disposal of this land will resolve an inadvertent trespass.
The parcel would be transferred subject to a reservation to the
United States for a right-of-way for ditches and canals. The conveyance
would also be made subject to section 24 of the Federal Power Act of
June 20, 1920, as amended (16 U.S.C. 791a). All necessary clearances
including clearances for archeology and for rare plants and animals
would be completed prior to any conveyance of title by the United
States.
The land described is hereby segregated from settlement under the
public land laws including location and entry under the mining laws,
pending disposition of this action, or 270 days from the date of
publication of this notice, whichever occurs first.
