    SUMMARY: The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense 
    Acquisition Regulations Council are issuing amendments to FAC 97-10, 
    FAR case 97-307, Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) 
    Empowerment Contracting Program, published in the Federal Register at 
    63 FR 70265, December 18, 1998, to correct the language concerning the 
    HUBZone Empowerment Contracting Program. For those interested in the
