Transwestern Pipeline Co.; Petition for Waiver

January 14, 1994.
    Trake notice that on January 10, 1994, Transwestern Pipeline 
Company (Transwestern) filed a petition for waiver of certain part 284 
reporting requirements similar to those granted by the Commission for 
other natural gas pipeline companies.
    Transwestern requests that the Commission grant waivers of its 
reporting requirements with respect to the release and reassignment of 
capacity pursuant to Transwestern's capacity release program and the 
addition and deletion of receipt and delivery points.
    Transwestern proposes an effective date for this waiver to coincide 
with Transwestern's effective date of its Order No. 636 compliance 
filing in Docket No. RS92-87-000.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, NE., Washington, DC 
20426, in accordance with Secs. 385.214 and 385.211 of the Commission's 
Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests should be filed on 
or before January 24, 1994. Protests will be considered by the 
Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken but will 
not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person 
wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of 
this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for 
public inspection in the public reference room.
