Correction

    In rule document 93-29823 beginning on page 64444 in the issue of 
Tuesday, December 7, 1993, make the following correction:


Sec. 71.1  [Corrected]

    On page 64447, in the incorporation by reference in Sec. 71.1, in 
the third column, in Area D, in the fifth line, insert ``and 15-mile'' 
before ``radius''.
