        Pursuant to Section 10(d) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, as 
    amended (5 U.S.C. Appendix 2), notice is hereby given of the following 
    Heart, Lung, and Blood Special Emphasis Panel (SEP) meetings:
    
        Name of SEP: Planning, Developing, Implementing, and Evaluating 
    Health Communication Products and Activities for NHLBI Education 
    Programs and Other Technology Transfer Activities.
        Date: February 18, 1997.
        Time: 9:00 a.m.
        Place: Chevy Chase Holiday Inn, 5520 Wisconsin Avenue, Chevy 
    Chase, Maryland 20815.

    Highway, Arlington, Virginia.

        Purpose/Agenda: To review and evaluate grant applications.
        These meetings will be closed in accordance with the provisions

    Applications and/or proposals and the discussions could reveal 
    confidential trade secrets or commercial property such as patentable 
    material and personal information concerning individuals associated 
    with the applications and/or proposals, the disclosure of which 
    would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
