Proposed Collection Application/Permit for Use of Space in Public
Buildings and Grounds
AGENCY: Public Buildings Service, GSA.
ACTION: Notice of request for public comments regarding an extension to
an existing OMB clearance (3090-0044).

SUMMARY: The GSA hereby gives notice under the Paperwork Reduction Act
of 1995 (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35), that it is requesting the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) to reinstate information collection, 3090-
0044, ``Application/Permit for Use of Space in Public Buildings and
Grounds.'' This GSA form is used by the general public to request the
use of public space in Federal buildings for cultural, recreational or
educational activities. A copy, sample, or description of any material
or item proposed for distribution or display must also accompany the
request. A request for public comments was published at 62 FR 59712 on
November 4, 1997. No comments were received.
