National Advisory Council, et al.; Meeting

ACTION: Cancellation of meetings.

SUMMARY: Public notice was given in the Federal Register on December 8, 
1995 (Vol. 60, No. 236, pages 63047-63048) that the Substance Abuse and 
Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) National Advisory 
Council meeting would be held on January 22, 1996.
    Public notice was also given in the Federal Register on December 
12, 1995 (Vol. 60, No. 238, pages 63722-63723) that the SAMHSA Advisory 
Committee for Women's Services would have a meeting on January 8, 1996.
    Both meetings have been cancelled due to the lack of an 
appropriation with resulting furlough and the subsequent Government 
shutdown due to a blizzard.
