Snap-Tite, Incorporated, Quick Disconnect Division, Union City, 
Pennsylvania; Notice of Affirmative Determination Regarding Application 
for Reconsideration

    By letter of May 20, 1997, a company representative requested 
administrative reconsideration of the Department of Labor's Notice of 
Certification Regarding Eligibility to Apply for Worker Adjustment 
Assistance for workers of the subject firm. The certification was 
signed on March 25, 1997.
    The company representative presents evidence that merits the 
Department's review of the certification.

Conclusion

    After careful review of the application, I conclude that the claim 
is of sufficient weight to justify reconsideration of the Department of 
Labor's prior decision. The application is, therefore, granted.
