CFR Correction

    In Title 50 of the Code of Federal Regulations, parts 600 to End, 
revised as of Oct. 1, 1998, on page 440, first column, Sec. 679.2 is 
corrected by adding paragraph (2) to the definition of Catcher vessel 
to read as follows:


Sec. 679.2  Definitions.

    Catcher vessel means:
    (1) * * *
    (2) (Applicable through December 31, 1998). With respect to 
moratorium groundfish, as defined in paragraph (1) of this definition; 
with respect to moratorium crab species, a vessel that is used to 
catch, take, or harvest moratorium crab species that are retained on 
board as fresh fish product at any time.
