    ACTION: Notice of cancellation of open hearings.

    SUMMARY: The public hearing on the preliminary draft of proposed 
    amendments to the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure, scheduled to be 
    held in Denver, Colorado, on January 22, 1996, has been cancelled. The 
    public hearing on the preliminary draft of proposed amendments to the 
    Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, scheduled to be held in 
    Washington, D.C., on February 9, 1996, has been cancelled. [Original 
    notice of both hearings appeared in the Federal Register of October 5, 
    1995 (60 FR 52207).].
