AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the 
District of Columbia (FEMA-1080-DR), dated January 11, 1996, and 
related determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: January 12, 1996.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that the incident
