Northern Mariana Islands; Amendment #1

    In accordance with a notice from the Federal Emergency Management 
Agency dated January 2, 1998, the above-numbered Declaration is hereby 
amended to establish the incident period for this disaster as beginning 
on December 16, 1997 and continuing through December 17, 1997.
    All other information remains the same, i.e., the deadline for 
filing applications for physical damage is February 26, 1998 and for 
economic injury the termination date is September 24, 1998.
