Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. App. (1988) that an open meeting of the Area 3 Taxpayer Advocacy Panel will be held Friday, February 7, 2003, from 3 p.m. e.s.t. to 7 p.m. e.s.t. at the Omni Jacksonville Hotel, 245 Water St., Jacksonville, Florida. The Taxpayer Advocacy Panel is soliciting public comments, ideas and suggestions on improving customer service at the Internal Revenue Service. Individual comments will be limited to 5 minutes.
