Idaho: Filing of Plats of Survey; Idaho
The plat of survey of the following described land was officially
filed in the Idaho State Office, Bureau of Land Management, Boise,
Idaho, effective 9 a.m., January 14, 1994.
The plat represented the dependent resurvey of portions of the new
boundary of the Fort Hall Indian Reservation, south and east
boundaries, subdivisional lines, the subdivision of certain sections
and a metes-and-bounds survey of the take line for the American Falls
Reservoir in section 25, in Township 5 South, Range 33 East, Boise
Meridian, Idaho, Group No. 779, was accepted January 12, 1994.
This survey was executed to meet certain administrative needs of
the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Fort Hall Indian Reservation.
All inquiries concerning the survey of the above-described land
must be sent to the Chief, Branch of Cadastral Survey, Idaho State
Office, Bureau of Land Management, 3380 Americana Terrace, Boise,
Idaho, 83706.
