    AGENCY: Department of the Navy, Defense.
    
    ACTION: Notice of availability of inventions for licensing.

    SUMMARY: The inventions listed below are assigned to the United States 
    Government as represented by the Secretary of the Navy and are 
    available for licensing by the Department of the Navy.
        Copies of the patents are available from the Commissioner of 
    Patents and Trademarks, Washington, DC 20231 for $3.00 each. Requests 
    for copies of patents must include the patent numbers.
        Request for copies of patent applications cited should be directed 
    to the Office of Naval Research (Code 00CC3), Ballston Tower One, 800 
    North Quincy Street, Arlington, Virginia 22217-5660 and must include 
    the application serial number.
