Army Science Board; Notice of Closed Meeting

    In accordance with Section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory 
Committee Act (P.L. 92-463), announcement is made of the following 
Committee Meeting:

    Name of Committee: Army Science Board (ASB).
    Date of Meeting: February 8 and 9, 1995.
    Time of Meeting: 0800-1700 respectively.
    Place: SSDC and USAMICOM, Huntsville, AL.
    Agenda: The Army Science Board's Ad Hoc Study on ``ASB Space and 
Missile Defense Organization'' will have its 3rd meeting at the SSDC 
and USAMICOM on 8 and 9 February 1995. This meeting will be closed 
to the public in accordance with Section 552b(c) of title 5, U.S.C., 
specifically subparagraph (1) thereof, and Title 5, U.S.C., Appendix 
2, subsection 10(d). The classified and unclassified matter to be 
discussed are so inextricably intertwined so as to preclude opening 
all portions of the meeting. The ASB Administrative Officer, Sally
