MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED: The Commission will consider and act upon the 
following:

    1. W.J. Bokus Industries, Inc., Docket No. YORK 92-106-M, etc. 
(Issues include whether the judge erred in finding that certain 
items of equipment were not subject to the jurisdiction of the 
Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977, 30 U.S.C. Sec. 801 et 
seq.)
