    Manufacturer of Controlled Substances; Notice of Registration
    
        By Notice dated November 4, 1994, and published in the Federal 
    Register on November 15, 1994, (59 FR 58857), Norac Company Inc., 405 
    S. Motor Avenue, Azusa, California 91702, made application to the Drug 
    Enforcement Administration to be registered as a bulk manufacturer of 
    Tetrahydrocannabinols (7370), a basic class of controlled substance 
    listed in Schedule I.
        No comments or objections have been received. Therefore, pursuant 
    to Section 303 of the Comprenehsive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control 
    Act of 1970 and Title 21, Code of Federal Regulations, Sec. 1301.54(e), 
    the Deputy Assistant Administrator, Office of Diversion Control, hereby 
    orders that the application submitted by the above firm for 
    registration as a bulk manufacturer of the basic class of controlled 
    substance listed above is granted.
