    Title: Application for the President's E Award and E Star Awards.
    Agency Form Number: ITA-725P.
    OMB Approval Number: 0625-0065.
    Type of Request: Extension of a currently approved collection.
    Burden: 2,055 hours.
    Number of Respondent's: 75.
    Avg Hours Per Response: Approximately 30 hours.
    Needs and Uses: The President's E Award was created in 1961. Its 
purpose is to provide recognition to persons, firms, or organizations 
which have significantly contributed in the effort to increase exports. 
The applications are review by the President's Interagency E Award 
Committee and decisions on award recipients are based on the 
information submitted.
    Affected Public: Businesses or other for-profit organizations, non-
profit institutions, individuals, farms, state or local governments.
    Frequency: On occasion.
    Respondent's Obligation: Required to obtain a benefit.
