AGENCY: Department of Defense (DoD).

ACTION: Proposed rule; extension of comment period.

SUMMARY: This extends the public comment period for the proposed rule 
on Specifications and Standards that the Department of Defense 
published on December 23, 1994 (59 FR 66287).

DATES: Comments on the proposed rule should be submitted in writing to 
the address shown below on or before February 23, 1995, to be 
considered in the formulation of the final rule.
