and Revision of SF 531, Medical Record--Anatomical Figure

AGENCY: General Services Administration.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: The General Services Administration/ICMR is changing the 
stocking requirement of SF 531, Medical Record--Anatomical Figure. This 
form is now authorized for local reproduction. You can request camera 
copy of SF 531 from General Services Administration (CARM), Attn.: 
Barbara Williams, [phone].
    This form also is revised to:
    1. To delete ``grade; SSAN; rank; rate;'' from ``PATIENT'S 
IDENTIFICATION'' item and replace with ``ID no. (SSN or other);''.
