ACTION: Final Rule; Petition for Reconsideration.

SUMMARY: At the request of Pearl Broadcasting, Inc., this document
dismisses the Petition for Reconsideration filed by Pearl Broadcasting,
Inc. of the Report and Order, 61 FR 44288 (Aug. 28, 1996) which denied
Pearl's request to change the community of license of Station WKKJ(FM),
Channel 227B from Chillicothe to Reynoldsburg, Ohio and denied proposed
allotments at Peebles, Forest and Lima, Ohio. The Commission determined
that the request for dismissal complied with the requirements of
Sec. 1.420(j) of the Commission's Rules. With this action, this
proceeding is terminated.
